For me, the only thing that prevents me from using this extension is not having the same context menu (right-click menu) that the normal file explorer. Apart from that this extension is great! Congratulations!

The Scope to this extension provide support for a similar context menu similar to the default one (edit, new, rename, delete etc).

Nice suggestions Trystan-SA, thanks. I've tested it, but it has some problems for my usage:

It only works for users with permissions to create a file .vscode/settings.json, which is not always my case.
It only lets you scope one directory at the same time. I would like to have quick access to a few completely different directories, but also have the normal explorer around.

Anyway thank you for the suggestion, I might use it in other cases :)
