Don't show editor or colourist commercial projects in general commercial list #148

Some commercials uploaded should only display in an editor or colourist pages and NOT under general commercials listing – we are getting round this at the moment by tagging them as features. For now, can the Features be hidden from the work listing (but the work still show up in the editor/colourist)? Ideally we should be able to tag a commercial project as editing or colour to make it NOT appear in the general Commercials list.

Basically create a way for client to NOT show a commercial project in the general commercials list just by tagging it as either a colourist or editor.

Implemented "Is shown on work page" option, works on AUS and INTL sites. Revision r803
