2/3 Design for Thumbs on Work Item Pages #150

Should only show 4 thumbs at a time and take up 2/3 design. Currently it spans across the whole page and shows more than 4. Confirm that this is what the client wants before starting with @levib.

From Melissa: "Lets choose to ONLY show 4 thumbnails and have the project info box extend downwards without increasing the gap between the main images and the thumbnails. This width can already be seen in the artist pages."
