Career Page - Recruitment Fair Application

We would like to add a slightly different type of job application to the Careers page – RECRUITMENT FAIR APPLICATION. This will only be active during the various career fairs that Method attend each year. Please see the attached mock ups and notes below. I’d love to get an accurate quote from you once the team has reviewed. The fair we would like to use this on first is coming up on July 20th.

1. Left side Nav
   • New headline of Recruitment Fair Application appears at top of career page during fairs (we switch this off when no fair is active). This is accompanied by the generic description alongside and link to apply online
2. Recruitment Fair Page:
   • Title of career fair appears as sub heading – will need to edit for each fair
   • Fields to be filled out by candidates as shown – generic description to the right
   • Skill Set will be a drop down menu allowing multiple selections – we will need to be able to edit the list
   • Locations will be a drop down menu allowing multiple selections – this should be the current list of Method locations
   • Also add a Notes box at bottom – not shown on mock up
   • Application info is emailed to whatever recruitment alias/es are selected as locations by candidate – email title will be fair name/skillset

For clarification on how this page differes from the recruitment page:

• The following fields will be removed:
  • Address
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • State / Province / Region
  • Postal / Zip Code
  • Country
  • IMDB Url
  • Short breakdown document
• The user submits a URL to their resume instead of upload it.

Also the Skill Set drop down list needs to to be customizable per fair.
