Should Tip of the Day on the Facebook application link to tips page?

As there is no tips screen for the facebook application, should this link to the tips page in a new window, or not link anywhere at all?

Yep — have it link out to the tips page in a new window.

No tips pages for the FB app, it will head out to the main website in a new window.
