Safari: Checkbox Wonky in Pledge Age Gate Dialog Box #312

Client reports that the checkbox to verify that user is a US Resident works intermittently in Safari 5. Levi says that its slow ... takes a second to show as checked.

I am not seeing this on my end. I've attempted to replicate in FF, Safari, Chrome and IE. No problems.

Is this problem still persisting?

It looks fixed, Gabe or Colin must have updated it. Works fine in both Safari 4 and Safari 5. I feel it was an overlapping issue.
