Refine Game Effects...slight

I've noticed that if you complete your week, this is what happens:

• the page slides down right as you hit the "We Did It" button in the pop up box.
• the animation in the flash area is triggered but cut off by the top of the browser
• the remaining pending item DOES NOT disappear until the animation is complete

This seems like the wrong order of events to me, I think if we change this it will be much nicer. Here is what I propose as the new order:

• click the "we did it" button and remaining pending item disappears
• congrats message appears in pending items place
• page slides up
• animation is triggered after page fully slides up (wait 1 sec?)

I believe this will clearly call to action the user success
