Only a device restart fixes the issue. Re-installing, turning accessibility off and on do not have any effect.

This appears to be a bug in Android's Accessibility Services. We have been unable to reproduce intentionally, but it seems to happen when the app or Hover SDK crashes with the accessibility service running.
