[Bug]: Stax not handling Fuliza option when sending money

Description

My mpesa balance is 0 but I have access to fuliza loan. I want to send money. On the app, I am unable to complete the transaction as seen in the screen recording below. On ussd, it works because it gives me the option of using my fuliza loan.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the stax app
2. Send money
3. Enter mpesa number to send to
4. Enter pin

Expected result

When I have 0 mpesa balance but access to fuliza loan, the ussd option asks me whether I want to fuliza or not. Then I respond with 1 or 2 to accept the cost of the loan or decline and terminate the operation.

Actual result

On the app, sending money fails even though I can use fuliza. There is no option for the customer to select whether to fuliza or not.
