Adds Stellar sdk and functionality for creating a Stellar account. Full overhaul of add account screens/flow for USSD accounts as well as USDC. No USDC send money functionality, but account detail and check balance work.
Known issues:
Checking USDC balance or updating nickname doesn't refresh the current screen, but the balance/name does correctly get checked/updated.
Pressing back or other actions that trigger back which should return to the home screen instead go to the buy airtime screen... No idea why, but critical this get fixed.
Creating a Stellar account creates XLM account but not USDC. I think this depends on how the sponsor account is set up, which I am working on now for production.
Broke the check USSD bank account balance from send money flow. Doesn't need to be fixed now since this won't be released till merge with new send money functionality.
