add --no-watchdog command, since without it the miner restarts even if it is still the most profitable miner for the next loop and it should just continue to mine.

Without the --no-watchdog the mining stops (due to a disconnect from the pool) and then restarts every MPM loop even if it shouldn't. Like in the cases when the same miner/algo combo continues to be the most profitable to mine.
