What is the problem and why is it a problem

While planning to release recent breaking changes to the API, we realised that though we have a page listing the API access tokens, there's no way to tell from the UI who a key is managed by. It would be nice if we could add a contact details field, in addition to the token name and permissions.

Steps to reproduce (if it's a bug).

@ACLay this sounds like a great idea because I think we have similar problem as sometimes we forget who and why is using the API key. Would be nice to have some kind of reference.
