FAP Reviewer Page Changing Not Working #1075

Through the support inbox, a user reports (16.05.24): "I have more than 10 reviewers in my list, it defaults to 10 per page. The page scrolling does nothing so I have to set the number per page up to be able to see all my reviewers."

When assigning FAP reviewers to a proposal in a FAP with more members than can fit on a page, clicking the page navigation buttons doesn't actually show the next n reviewers, it does nothing.

This affects any users who assign FAP reviewers. This page scroll needs to work as intended, showing the next, previous, first or last n FAP reviewiers. This will improve the users experience.

@martin-trajanovski @TCMeldrum has told me that you're working on changes to how pagination works across the whole project - will your changes help with this issue?
