Proposal pdfs attached to a particular call will be stored in db after every call close. This will be done as part of https://github.com/UserOfficeProject/issue-tracker/issues/1168
Currently, these stored pdfs will be available for single proposal pdf downloads only. These stored pdfs should also be considered while generating pdfs for multiple proposal pdf downloads (ZIP and single pdf).
