Cannot reset a not-mandatory dropdown after selection #1218

If a proposal template has a not required dropdown, the selection is none by default. If the user selects a valid item from the dropdown it is not possible to remove the selection.

Steps to reproduce (if it's a bug).

  1. create template with not required dropdown question
  2. create a proposal with the given template
  3. select an item from the dropdown
  4. try to remove the selection -- it is not possible
