Ready for online reviews to be used by CLF during their call in May 2025, the following instruments need to be set up in UOP and allocations:

For LSF - Ultra and Octopus
For HPL - Gemini and Orion

What is the problem and why is it a problem

Steps to reproduce (if it's a bug).
