Create round manager documentation for creating templates #290

Closed WhittyPM closed 8 months ago

WhittyPM commented 2 years ago

Sarah N in LSF is likely to need some support with UO functionality, specifically setting up templates and calls

Put it in ISIS Rapid as it's likely to coincide and prompts us to remind LSF of any changes made to ISIS rapid that may impact LSF

Would be good to actually do this for LSF and HPL (and for future Artemis)

Sprint planning notes:

Here is the draft of the documentation: Round_Manager_documentation.docx

Looks good to me but can we add page numbers , add numbers to main and sub headings, increase the font size to 12 and also put the table of content on its own page if possible.

simonfernandes commented 9 months ago

I will have a read over it shortly, but I realised it wasn't stated but I'm pretty sure the plan is to put this onto the KnowledgeBase. So it might be an idea to add it there so we can see a better representation. Although it's subject to change and not finalised yet, I don't think it's going to be a big deal to add it to the site now (I doubt anyone will notice yet!).

I have published the sectioned I have created already and would appreciate any feedback anyone has before I publish any other sections, I have added the ' Creating a new template' and 'Topics' sections. https://stfc365.sharepoint.com/sites/ICD-UserProgrammeKnowledgeBase/SitePages/Proposal-System-for-user-officers.aspx

I think you have to publish your changes so that we can see them. It still says you're editing the page 🙂

ellen-wright commented 9 months ago

That might have been because I was adding some more sections in the meantime, I've republished again so hopefully all the changes are there, the Questions section should be there now as well.

It's there and looking good now. It might be good to have some links to it in the top section:
