As a user officer I want to be able to see the instrument name on the proposal submission email #639

When a proposal is submitted through Rapid access on the new proposal system, User office and Emma get an email with the brief summary of the proposal submitted. They would like to add in the Instrument name as part of that email.

The proposal details are as follows: A Rapid Access proposal has been submitted.

Proposal Title: Proposal Reference No: Principal Investigator: Co Investigator(s):

I think this would be easier if we didn't currently use multiple questions to get the instrument name, where each question relates to a different scientific technique: https://github.com/UserOfficeProject/user-office-project-issue-tracker/issues/616

No, this is just for Rapid

@simonfernandes Please can we bump this one up - could discuss tomorrow. It's only needed for Rapid and there is now only one Q for selecting instruments. Thanks
