Add aliases for relevant old symbol names #244

Alias symbols with name changes in https://github.com/UsernameFodder/pmdsky-debug/pull/230 and https://github.com/UsernameFodder/pmdsky-debug/pull/236. Also collapse the weird EXCLUSIVE_ITEM_ATTACK_BOOSTS symbol into an alias.

Also includes miscellaneous fixes to symcompat.py and to DebugDisplay and DebugPrint0.
