Why src/mptcp/model/mptcp.h and mptcp.cc are not having anything implemented in them?

Where is the actual implementation of mptcp in this implementation?

ok. Got it.
mptcp is implemented under https://github.com/UsernameN0tAvailable/mptcp_simulations/tree/master/src/internet/model

and src/mptcp is just a dummy model
