freon doesn't show POWER #252

Freon is good utility but doesn't help to show power levels. Only shows temperatures, voltages and fan revs... Might be it's good improvement to show Amperes and Power levels also.

I fetched last commit and found that only PPT comes. Good. But there are also a sign value "+70.0W" . Well, + sign is not really needed. Power couldn't be negative on current technology generation...

Power and Ampere sections menu is needed to group power and ampere gauges. For example I still can't watch SVI2_P_Core (power) or SVI2_C_SoC (Ampere) gauges using freon. Thanks!
