Deleted extra README.md #32

I deleted the repeated README.md files as well as removed Menu and Scroll Animation directories since they only had the repeated READMe.md files in them

Hey @Adheeshk13 thanks for the update. I'd put these directories there to be used in future for those kind of animations if anyone wanted to contribute in those categories. I guess it gives the idea if someone's out of ideas. If you think so too, please add back the dirs. Let me know either case and I'll merge the PR. Thanks!
