Downgrading baseband cant get terminal on mac to connect to iphone #68

so i loaded the programs thru cyberduck but now when i enter the "ssh -l root 
IPHONESIP" my 
terminal sends me back a message "No address associated with nodename" WHAT DO 
I DO NOW?
