Pin working version of makeWrapper, unpin nixpkgs #3

This pins a makeWrapper version right before a breaking commit. It allows to use any nixpkgs tree that is being handed into the root expression again.

Thank you for this patch @nagy - the main repo is nix-cl which is mirrored to GitHub, so I applied it there with the appropriate credit :-).
