Aidon 6525 is missing timestamp from package #28

Easy fix or bug from Aidon?

Checked on my 6534, and I am also missing this data. The field is length 0 and the meter data starts right after this, so the meter is not sending the date and time.

On a side note, I added the date and time from the hourly package as rtc in the json
