Add dist Makefile target #29

This creates a target similar to that found in dwm's Makefile. I use this to make packaging consistent. Of course this doesn't preserve a version number, git or otherwise, in the archive.

Thanks for the PR. Sorry for getting back to you so late.

I am currently not in favour of adding a dist target currently as the project would only be truly complete once #24 is solved. Making releases before that doesn't make sense to me.
