RSS feed for website

It would be great to enable the RSS Feed option that comes with Quarto websites/blogs. This will allow interested people to subscribe (without any privacy concerns, since you're not collecting email ids) and regularly receive updates when something on the website is updated.

If we're not able to make this work, then a mailing list would be the next best option. This will require checking in with Privacy Officers and getting the request approved.
