New role for iBridges gui with desktop drop down menu item #145

  1. Test that Gnome is present
  2. Install system dependencies for PyQt6
  3. Install python 3.9 if necessary
  4. Install the iBridges GUI system wide
  5. Create a Button to start the program under Applications > Development
