Ubuntu 220 Desktop terminal issue #169

Running into this issue when closing the terminal app on Ubuntu 22 desktop workspaces:

This proposed solution seems to work:

sudo apt-get install xfce4-terminal
sudo update-alternatives --config x-terminal-emulator

We can execute this in the uu_provisioning component, or ask SURF to fix.
