render book and slides automatically with GA actions #22

This is a wish list option, but should be technically possible? Currently we are rendering the bookdown and slides locally using tools in R, but it would be great to be able to render these automatically so local adjustment only consists of Rmd files, then the accompanying html is automatically generated.

I know this is possible with bookdown on an orphan branch, but that workflow runs into issues when you then want to show slides... Can we make this work though? Perhaps not with an orphan branch?
