[FEATURE] Get statistics on published material

There is no information on views or usage of published materials in Yoda. Such statistics help users convey that there is interest in their resources.

Describe the solution you'd like

Get view statistics for the metadata landing page and something like a download statistic (number of times people clicked on access button or something). Like Zenodo also does https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.7096699

Describe alternatives you've considered

For users to start scraping resources themselves to see if they are cited.
