Translation feature not working #170

What version of softwares are you using?

Blender: 4.2
mmd_tools: v4.2.2
OS: Windows 10

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Import MMD Model
Click on avatar armature
Click translate and change no settings
See error

Expected behavior

Should translate al bones and other japanese words into there english counterpart using the internal library.
