Extra spine/upper body bone (上半身3) getting removed during the "Add Metarig" process #103

Some MMD models have an extra spine/upper body bone, usually named 上半身3 as opposed to just the normal 2 bones only. Here is an example: extrabone (This skeleton comes from Sour Style Hatsune Miku available in the assets tab. It has normal amount of spine/upper body bones, but I added an extra bone in order to demonstrate the issue)

However, when I press the "Add metarig" button, the extra bone disappears: extrabonegone

This issue can be easily fixed by re-adding the extra bone on both the MMD rig, and the Metarig before integration, but I wonder if this can be fixed directly on the add on.
