Can't travel to starter outpost for free #362

Describe the bug While using the boat at Sgt. Lake's Outpost, it says that you can travel to your starting outpost for free. However, this does not work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the boat at Sgt. Lake's Outpost
  2. Click on your starter outpost
  3. See error

Expected behavior I expected to go to my starter outpost for free.

Additional context My starter outpost is Heimo & Rose.

Same thing happened to me and I lost all my stuff smh

This does not happen to everyone, but yet there are some people who can't travel to the starter outpost for free.

The same happens to me
