Summary

Give examiner the option to mark a grade for removal when submitting a correction.

Possible implementation: when submitting a correction, add a button that marks a grade for deletion as part of the correction (i.e. instead of entering a grade it is marked 'delete'). Correction is submitted as usual (but always needs approval), during processing of the grade list the marked grades are deleted.
