[13-Feature] Encoder on Hansen Motors #53

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Figure out the encoders on the drivetrain.

Describe the solution you'd like We want to be able to read the encoder data on the drivetrain motors. To be able to read this, we might need a microcontroller (Arduino) and read the data and spit out some numbers that are important.

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here. This is an old document, on a previous lab to run the motors.
