\fsc tag wrong work, how to solve? #27

I use window7 64bit, and I downloads vsfilter64, vsfiltermod64.

and vsfilter's put into aegisub portable folder.

But like this gif picture, \fsc tag's Must grow more and more, which decreases 
in the contrary.

How to solve this problem?
