This is the changed Mode 13, redesigning the scrolling variant so it is capable to display 30 tiles horizontally. Horizontal tile count became configurable, but defaults to 28 (for compatibility with the previous kernel).

Shall we merge this? I don't see any reason not to.

I will revise this modification, originally I was waiting for Uze to check it out, whether he wanted to merge it. The problem is that it is a little "messy" (but works) due to the tighter code allowing for the more tiles.
