The main functionalities will include:
[ ] User Authentication: Customers need to log in to request a return or exchange.
[ ] Order Management: Customers can view their orders and select items for return or exchange.
[ ] Return/Exchange Request: Customers can submit return/exchange requests.
[ ] Admin Management: Admins can view and process return/exchange requests.
[ ] Notifications: Notifications for both customers and admins about the status of return/exchange requests.
These are the basics; we will simply build up from here.
