Add Footer to V² Home Page

  Footer (Feature)

Add a footer as used in many web sites, which is showing all links to all sections of the web site. We only can do this after we have restructured all the repositories and have created all home pages for each section.

Fix Bug: Can not click Organization → Fixed

When using the Home Page on the big screen, the last item in the side navigation "Organization" can not be clicked. This is actually not a bug. It is caused by the fact that there is not enough content in Organization that the page can scroll up so that the Heading of "Organization" is at the top of the page. By adding the footer we are adding enough content, so that the heading can scroll to the top of the page. Consequently now you can click on "Organization" in the side navigation bar. Technically this is not a fix to something which technically is not a bug. But in the user's perception we have fixed a bug. Yeah!

Finalizing the footer

@LukasChen I like your implementation as of April 1st very much. All that needs to be done is to replace Lorem Ipsum with final footer content.

Final footer content

• [x] Portfolio Section titles as column titles
• [x] Order the columns the same way as in the Side Navigation Bar
• [x] Portfolio titles as entries in columns
• [x] Use flex box that as many boxes fit into the footer side by side as the window width
• [x] Responsive design: with reduced window width boxes will flow from first row to second row etc ...
• [x] Use the whole width of the footer, not only the body width of the page. In other words: On a big screen all 9 boxes shall fit side by side without the need for a second row
• [x] Do not make the entries links yet. They could only be fake links at this time, as the targets do not yet exists. Fake links would trigger bug report issues. Still this content is useful, as it serves as a site map. Once we have the targets completed, we will add them in the footer. In fact we could add them one by one as they become available, to show which ones are finished and which ones are not yet done.
