FE Energy Issue #13

I have an Energy Upgrade, Kinetic Generator, Charging upgrade in a backpack. I look at the backpack and it says 10000 / 10000 FE. I can toss in a 1 Million RF Flux capacitor bank and never move and the capacitor will 100% fill. I don't know if its a storage problem or a FE generation problem.

I'm on the newest version of the mod 1.0.5.

I understand what this means, I was just unable to reproduce this in my testing environment and as such have absolutely no clues what could be causing this behaviour.
