Adding any upgrade that generates energy, a energy storage one and the item charging one to a backpack can generate infinity energy even when the generating upgrade is removed. Having no visual bar showing you how much energy the backpack can store makes this hard to notice but by putting any capacitor bank from mods like ender io or capacitors from draconic that can hold millions of RF in the bag you will see that they fill up super fast with no restrictions.
"Who needs big reactors if you have a backpack right?"
Even when setting the amount of generated energy to values like 2 or 1 it still doesn’t stop generating after the power upgrade was taken out as if the storage of the energy bugs and becomes infinite. Same with the storage one take that out to and it will still fill up items in the bag at high speed
There should also be some more config options like limiting how fast the recharge upgrade can recharge.
As a feature you should think about adding visual additions for the gui like for the experience storage upgrade this will also help find bugs faster.
This bug occurs in single player and server side alike
