FEATURE REQUEST; stroopwafelCFW support #372

Hi, I would like to request the NUSspli support to Stroopwafel CFW. Having de_fuse and aroma at the same time its a little messy with files and redundancy. (Sorry for my bad english)

NUSspli is not directly depending on Aroma but on libmocha. This is needed for core functions like getting the Wii U common key from the consoles OTP which is needed to create tickets. So either we need a libmocha stroopwaffel plugin which probably won't happen or we need a stroopwaffel plugin specially designed to stageload a mocha based CFW like this one: https://github.com/StroopwafelCFW/wafel_payloader
