Airlocks sometimes explode on fast forward #51

If fast forwarded, crew opening airlocks may cause explosive decompressions in perfectly functioning airlocks. Mostly it works fine, so more testing is needed to pin down a cause.

Auto vents suppress the need for this feature. Disabled feature until further testing and necessity.

Possibly related to oxygen being output too fast on fast forward, compared to draining.
