how do i fixt that 🌵

Seems like a problem with connecting to Capmonster. They may have banned your IP if you spammed them too much. Try using a VPN and also try using anticaptcha

i use about 200 proxies so it cant be a problem i believe

Only requests and connections to discord are proxied. Requests to captcha solver APIs are not using proxies.

You should contact the captcha service then about why you aren't able to access their API.
