Receiving this error a lot. Using latest version of DMDGO on Windows, with Proxiware proxies and CapMonster for captcha.
I have seen it recommended to use 'user:pass@ip:port' for proxies, but Proxiware (and many other proxy services) don't use user/pass, and use IP auth in stead. So you only have (and need) 'ip:port'
