Introduce new page for "More Resources" section of Home Page #12

Currently, there is a section at the lower portion of the Home Page for More Resources, such as links to external sites managed by other organizations, and a selection of recommended books.

I recommend moving these to separate page(s):

  1. Resources Tab This would contain all contents
  2. Resources + Books tabs This would present on page for external links, and one page for book recommendations (likely linked with the Book Club)
