Prepare split and displacement classification for the period 2013-2020.

[x] Download hourly geopotential height at 10 hPa from the ERA5 data
[x] Process to daily temporal resolution
[x] Calculate vortex moments (Seviour et al 2013)
[ ] Identify split and displacement events
