Mobile design #32

The genome browser is probably best viewed on desktop but some updates could improve the view on mobile. For instance it might be better to stack the labels and their tracks.

I noticed that -- at least in our implementation -- it was hard to scroll on a tablet (touch screen can't tell if you are moving the window or the genome browser frame). That said, I am not sure it rendered at all on that device (Kindle Fire)
