Unsupported bigWigs and bigBeds #36

We are filtering out the following file formats because they do not currently load properly in the Valis browser. Ideally the browser would fail gracefully with a "cannot display" message. Even better, it would be terrific if Valis could support these formats:

bedMethyl (very dense file)
bedLogR
idr_peak and tss_peak (error decoding bigWig)
pepMap (error decoding bigBed)
modPepMap (error decoding bigBed)
